ARLC

ARTIST Ė RETREAT & LEARNING - CENTER

ARLC is a place of comfort, a place of dreams, and a place where peace can be had and dreams come to fruition.  But most of all it is a place where dreams are allowed, encouraged, and nurtured into being.  We are striving to developed and maintain a place where the act of creating is in constant flow.  The creative mind is a wonderful thing and something that we all have, though many of us frequently tuck it away or hold it off to wait for a better time and a better place.  What are we waiting for?   The time is now the place is here at ARLC.

We could all find within ourselves a retreat if only we would.  Perhaps if we studied Yoga or meditation or read the right books or became a Buddhist Monk Ė Not likely!  How many times have we all thought how truly creative we could be if we just had a little help.  Thatís what ARLC is all about.  Itís a place to, develop skills, grow, share and enjoy the process through workshops, seminars, intensives, training sessions, and development programs suited to your needs and desires.

We are currently looking at bringing clinicians in for a variety of workshops.  Your suggestions are gratefully accepted and appreciated.  Our thought is to have the studio and grounds available for sessions of varying length, (2 hours to 2 weeks) the variety of subject matter is limitless.  Art of all ilk - Music, Dance, Painting, Sculpting, Writing, Book reviews, Yoga, Feng Shui, Financial Management, Photography, Personal Improvement and on and on.

Accommodations will be available to the clinician on sight.  Participants accommodations can be made on campus or at nearby hotels.  Pool and hot tub as well as beautiful paths and covered deck areas are available to guests.  There are wonderful restaurants close by and catering is also a choice.

Our goal here at ARLC is to create an atmosphere of peace and serenity with a joyous approach to learning that makes every experience here an enriching and memorable one.
